Trump, Bible Prophecy, And The Great Reset

We’ve Known It

Like a James Bond movie who is wanting to take over the world through some maniacal plot, a group of people are currently meeting in Davos, Switzerland who want to take over the globe. And when we talk about the reality of this actually happening many Christians who believe in their Bibles with only surface knowledge are troubled by seeing it come to fruition as if it is some new conspiracy. Even those who aren’t Christians have this same fear. When people ask me about it and say, “Did you know that these people are taking over our world?” as if it is a new movement I let them know we’ve known for some about this going all the way back to Genesis 11 when the people after the Flood decided to build one:

Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” (Gen 11:4, NIV)

God saw these rebellious people and dealt with their ambitions:

Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”

8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel—because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth. (Gen 11:7-9, NIV)

From that point going forward the language barrier accomplished exactly what God wanted. There were some attempts to take over the whole world again with Nazi Germany being a good example, but not once did they succeed.

The WEF Knows It

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is currently meeting in Davos for their annual summit and there are more than a few leaders who see a major bump in the road to 2030, the year they hope to transform the world as outlined by the United Nations. Here is what they say about this global change:

COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable.

To achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a “Great Reset” of capitalism.

This was written in 2020 and the leader of the WEF, Klaus Schwab knew that the pandemic was an opportunity:

The COVID-19 crisis is affecting every facet of people’s lives in every corner of the world. But tragedy need not be its only legacy. On the contrary, the pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world to create a healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous future.

There is one major problem for their lofty ambitions now and they know it. His name is Donald Trump.

He Knows It

As the leader of the most powerful nation in the world, President Donald Trump gave a remote speech at the WEF and he made it abundantly clear that there will be no one world government on his watch. It wasn’t his first such speech, but this time he couldn’t have been more clear that the United States will not go quietly into the good night on his watch. His speech let those at the forum know exactly what he intends to do in America and it flies in the face of all their 2030 agenda goals from climate change to eliminating national borders. As their moniker tells us, their main goal is to control the world’s economy. They couch their strategies in nice sounding terms like equity, diversity and justice, but like in the dystopian novel 1984 by George Orwell the words have the exact opposite meaning because they restrict freedom by controlling it. Trump let the world know that rather than cooperate with these global elitists, under his leadership America’s sovereignty was not going anywhere. In fact, he encouraged the business leaders to invest and build in the United States:

My message to every business in the world is very simple: Come make your product in America, and we will give you among the lowest taxes of any nation on Earth. We’re bringing them down very substantially, even from the original Trump tax cuts. But if you don’t make your product in America, which is your prerogative, then, very simply, you will have to pay a tariff — differing amounts, but a tariff — which will direct hundreds of billions of dollars and even trillions of dollars into our Treasury to strengthen our economy and pay down debt.

Under the Trump administration, there will be no better place on Earth to create jobs, build factories, or grow a company than right here in the good old USA.

And he fully intends to use America’s natural resources to help in this national resurgence:

I declared a national em- — energy emergency — and it’s so important — national energy emergency to unlock the liquid gold under our feet and pave the way for rapid approvals of new energy infrastructure. The United States has the largest amount of oil and gas of any country on Earth, and we’re going to use it.

Trump addressed much, much, more, but the point was simple: America will not cease to exist as a nation while he is around.

And Others Know It

A man who is seen as the prophet of the WEF, Yuval Noah Harari lamented about a possible Donald Trump election as we read in an article from valuetainment.com:

World Economic Forum (WEF) contributor and Sapiens author Yuval Noah Harari recently said a second Trump term would be the “death blow” to the global order. Several other figures affiliated with the WEF have expressed similar sentiments, lamenting the increasing likelihood that Donald Trump will win the 2024 presidential election.

When asked if he was concerned about the re-election of Trump on an episode of “The Diary of a CEO” podcast, uploaded five days ago, Harari replied:

“I think it’s very likely, and if it happens it is likely to be the kind of death blow to what remains of the global order. And he says it openly. Now again it should be clear that many of these politicians, they present a false dichotomy, a false binary vision of the world, as if you have to choose between patriotism and globalism, between being loyal to your nation and being loyal to some kind of, I don’t know, global government or whatever.”

The article goes on to quote some of these others who are loathe to another Trump term:

Trump’s potential re-election has been a major topic at the ongoing World Economic Forum conference in Davos, Switzerland this week. “You know, we’ve been there before, we survived it, so we’ll see what it means,” said BlackRock Vice Chairman Philipp Hildebrand of Trump’s reelection. “Certainly from a European perspective, from a kind of globalist, Atlanticist perspective, it’s of course a great concern.”

This opinion is shared by Christine Lagarde, the President of the European Central Bank. Last week, she said “lessons from history” indicate that a second Trump term is “clearly a threat.” She went on: “Just look at the trade tariffs, just look at the commitment to NATO service, just look at the fight against climate change … If only in these three areas in the past, American interests have not been aligned with European interests.”

And now we’re here, a mere six days into President Trump's second term and the New World Order is already dreading the next four years. But how should Christians feel about it?

God Knows All About It

Saying that God knows about the Trump re-election is an understatement. He is after all all-knowing or omniscient and lives outside time because He created time. But from our human perspective knowing that God already has a plan for this is the best we can come up with. Still, it is helpful for us as we prepare for what many see as a four year reprieve from these maniacal leaders' goals for the planet, goals that will eventually come to fruition. As I mentioned earlier, a one world government is coming and will happen in the not too distant future. Bible prophecy even tell us who will lead it, and even control it:

It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, 17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. (Rev 13:16-17, NIV)

The WEF won’t tell you this is their ambition, but it is. I mean, the word economic is in their name. They just can’t sell their vision to people like it is laid out here by the Apostle John, but make no mistake, this is how they will get things done. I didn’t address it, but one of Trump's executive orders also put a nail in the coffin of the Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) which essentially means that he is doing the opposite of what the Antichrist will do. But like I said, Bible prophecy already foretold this financial submission mechanism a long time ago. As believers, we can’t stop it from happening, but we can take advantage of the opportunities we’ll have now because of Trump slowing the roll of these things. A roaring economy sounds good for us, but it also means being able to increase support of ministries financially. And a strong America also means protection for missionaries and stronger buying power when they use dollars. The question is will true Christians seize the opportunities God is giving us?

We Need To Know It

During the first Trump presidency we basically squandered a golden chance to do exactly what we could do with the freedom he gave us. He stood in the way of the very WEF plans we see now. There are three world leaders that scare the WEF and they are Trump, Netanyahu, and Putin. All three are staunch nationalists and Putin and Trump gave speeches at the WEF telling them as much. The globalists are deadest against all of them and have tried to take them off the world stage, but they all withstood their challenges. But we often forget that it is Christians who have all the power and ultimately the WEF is being run by the spirit of Antichrist, although they won’t tell you that or may not even realize it. God raises up leaders for His purposes regardless of how good or bad they are in our eyes. God’s plan is simple:

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Pet 3:9, NKJV)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16, NJV)

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matt 28:18-20, NKJV)

It's all there for us. That is our global reset if you will. We need to recognize it and then take full advantage of the open door He is providing for us now. We have the power, authority, protection and provision of God Himself to do it. We are living for such a time as this. I pray we live like it this time.
