Israel At War – Day 449

How The War Ends Pt 1

It’s Already Known

Before I get into the ways the war in Israel ends I have to tell you I am a firm believer that Israel wins regardless. That may upset or anger some of you and I get it. However, I know Bible prophecy and Israel plays a role all the way to the end of time and into eternity. In Scripture we learn that once Israel became a nation again on May 14th, 1948, they would never cease to be one again:

"This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar--the LORD Almighty is his name: 36 "ONLY IF THESE DECREES VANISH FROM MY SIGHT," declares the LORD," will the descendants of Israel EVER CEASE TO BE A NATION BEFORE ME." (Isa 31-35-36, NIV)

Somehow, someway, Israel will win this current war and continue to exist. The question then is how. How will all these moving pieces of Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, the West Bank, Lebanon, Jordan and so many more align themselves on the chess board of the Middle East and see Israel checkmate all of them? Will God supernaturally intervene as He has done in the past and use angelic forces, natural disasters, and psychological warfare to take down these terrorists? Or will He use Israel’s military to overwhelm them into submission or flat out destroy them? Let’s see if the Bible gives us any clues.

Surrender Isn’t An Option

For those who think that these adversaries will decide to just lay down their arms, release the hostages and surrender, well you aren’t listening to what these nations and organizations are telling us. In the charter of Hamas we read this:

Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it…The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews. When the Jew will hide behind stones and trees, the stones and trees will say, “O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.” (related by al-Bukhari and Muslim).

If Hamas truly believes this, surrender isn’t an option at all. Dying as a martyr though is and that may very well be how any of these terrorists or organizations will be defeated. Their culture respects strength and while they may not surrender they will understand their ultimate fate and really, somehow look forward to dying at the hands of their enemies. Overall, when people talk about diplomatic efforts and that all sides can somehow live together such as in a two-state solution, well check out their charters and you’ll see that nothing could be further from the truth. So surrender in any form won’t work.

Hamas, The West Bank, And Hezbollah

Look, I get that people want everyone to just get along, but any plan to end the war that allows Hamas to still be in charge of Gaza, the West Bank with terrorists in it and only southern Lebanon as a buffer zone with Hezbollah still intact is never going to work out even short term. All this talk about the 2006 agreement that ended the last war with Lebanon being reinforced is lunacy. Hezbollah ignored it and the Lebanese army couldn’t enforce it then and they aren’t showing signs of being able to do it now. This is why Israel continues to raid and strike Hezbollah in the south because they don’t see the Lebanese ridding the area of the terrorists. In Gaza Hamas will only go back to building another terrorist haven if they are allowed to survive this war on them. There are terrorists in the West Bank who constantly cause trouble with the Jews settled there. It would be good to see Hamas or really any terrorist organization or nation play nice with Israel. They never do. History is a good way to prove my point. Going back to 1948, Israel has never lived long without having to defend itself from the surrounding nations ganging up on them. Once they win, usually against insurmountable odds they get attacked again. The countries involved may change, the leaders in charge may change, but they are never able to live in peace and safety for very long. People often forget that one reason Israel was caught off guard on October 7th of 2023 was the instability in the West Bank, although I’m sure we’ll see more reasons once the current fighting ends. Basically the only way to win and make the battle cry of “never again” mean exactly that, these terrorists and those who support them have to be taken out of power once and for all.

They Wanted A Fight

Rumors of an attack from all sides were heard shortly after Hamas brutally assaulted Israelis and these rumors are only getting more support. If you listen carefully, the hints of the axis of evil surrounding Israel deciding to actually put together such a strike just keep being seen. Fortunately, Israel has done its best to take the sting out of many of these proxies and also hit the puppet master, Iran in ways no one could have anticipated. I recall just about everyone fearing a full-fledged attack from Hezbollah because they had all the fire power in place. Hamas was small potatoes compared to the vast military power in Lebanon. I heard that sentiment parroted over and over again and, to certain it was true. But I also heard that poking the bear, Iran was also a bad thing to do. Yet, in the span of a few months or so, Israel decimated Hezbollah’s leadership using even exploding pagers to take many of them. Then they took out the leader of Hezbollah, Nasrallah literally pounding him into the ground. Iran decided to attack Israel not once by twice and neither time were they able to do any damage. Israel then went right into Iran, took out their vaunted air defenses and disabled their ability to make more weapons. Iran actually is living in fear of what Israel will do next which will probably be hitting their nuclear capacity. And I haven’t even brought up Syria, which is now trying to establish new leadership, something that wouldn’t have been possible without the weakening of Iran and Hezbollah.

But The Job Isn’t Finished

Yes, many of these terrorists threats are seriously downgraded, but they all still have more in the proverbial tank. The Houthi rebels in Yemen, who have always been considered the ugly step child of the group is not going down without a fight either. We told you that diplomacy or surrendering isn’t an option no matter how much these nations like the US want us to believe and the groups themselves have as their stated goals to annihilate Israel and Jews all around the world. Along with their martyr complex and their pride they won’t stop until they are made to stop, which in the end is taking out their entire military complexes from the largest to the smallest capacities. Nothing short of annihilation is going to do it. You heard it from me now and I’m not the only one to say it. No, the Bible laid it out a long, long time ago.
