Hamas Is Violating The Deal
It seems like the lamestream media is selectively ignoring that Hamas is constantly breaking the ceasefire deal, but they blame Israel for it as we see in an article from Honest Reporting:
The Gaza ceasefire almost collapsed this week. It happened because Hamas killed two Israeli soldiers in an area controlled by the IDF, according to the internationally-backed agreement with the terror group.
Of course the IDF took action:
In response, Israel retaliated with air strikes on Hamas targets in the enclave.
You wouldn’t know that Hamas attacked first, though:
Yet the media managed to blur the first fact and emphasize the second, portraying Israel as a regional bully breaking a fragile truce. They did it by using skeptical language — or by omitting Hamas from the story altogether.
News sources however questioned that Hamas really did it:
The first tactic questioned what Hamas actually did. Phrases that made Hamas’ actions look like a mere “accusation” made headlines in The New York Times:
Across the pond the BBC seems to think that the yellow line agreed upon isn’t what the IDF thinks it is making them the aggressors:
The BBC was also skeptical — but it went further. The UK broadcaster subtly questioned whether Israeli troops were indeed inside the agreed-upon perimeter, known as “The Yellow Line,” effectively implying the attack might have been justified.
And from the land down under questions if Hamas was even involved:
Sky News even doubted whether the Hamas operatives who killed the two soldiers by firing an RPG directly at them were terrorists. And it relied on Hamas — disguised under the title “The Gaza government media office” — to blame Israel for other violations.
They trusted Hamas for their information? Well, going back to England a news source there weren’t even willing to acknowledge that Hamas even attacked:
The Times of London did not bother attributing accusations. Its headline simply led with Israel’s strike and called Hamas’ attack “alleged.”
Slanted Reporting
In America, Reuters decided to leave out Hamas at all and talked only about what Israel did:
Meanwhile, Reuters avoided the facts altogether by not mentioning Hamas in its headline — which focused solely on Israel. And the leading paragraph in the agency’s story described “an attack” without perpetrators.
Instead of moving on to the actions allowed if Hamas breaks the deal, Israel instead said the ceasefire is still in place, no doubt at the behest of the US:
The Israeli military said on Sunday a ceasefire in Gaza had resumed after an attack killed two of its soldiers and prompted a wave of airstrikes that Palestinians said killed 26 people, in the most serious test yet of this month’s truce.
The AP didn’t mention Hamas when reporting the incident and France accused Israel of breaking the deal:
The Associated Press followed suit, offering no mention of Hamas. France24 went even further, not only omitting Hamas entirely and blaming Israel, but also adding its own spin — that the Jewish state acted “despite [the] ceasefire agreement.”
Rather than ignore the obvious bias we should see it for what it is – blatant antisemitism:
This pattern isn’t accidental — it’s systemic. By omitting Hamas or labeling its actions as “alleged,” much of the media shields the terror group from accountability while turning Israel into the perpetual villain.
When Hamas kills Israelis during a ceasefire, it breaks the truce. When Israel responds, it’s defending itself. But in the headlines, that truth is blurred — and readers are misled. Journalism’s role is to clarify, not conceal. When major outlets obscure who fires the first shot, they become complicit in rewriting the story of aggression and victimhood.
This is but one instance of media bias and really I’ve seen it from almost day one of the war when an errant missile fired at Israel from Gaza went off course and hit the parking lot of a hospital. I recall the reports within hours of how Israel intentionally struck the hospital. A day later when the facts came out there were no retractions. If you think this will stop, think again. The prince of the power of the air will continue to use the lamestream media to spin hatred for God’s chosen people. The good news is that the times they are a changing and podcasters who actually report the facts are growing bigger and bigger. As we pray for the peace of Jerusalem we must do out part to intercede in the Heavenlies and stop or slow down the stream of lies Satan is using. And then we need to do our part to refute the misinformation in whatever ways God instructs us. In this way we are fighting what Prime Minister Netanyahu calls the eighth front of the war.
