Nefarious Storm Activities
Not Good At All
Leaving politics aside, the aftermath of Hurricane Helene is looking that worst disaster in US history if the numbers I hear are correct. The death toll is rising by the day and could go north of 2,000. If true, add that to the devastated areas with cities that may not be rebuilt and it sound an awful lot like Hurricane Katrina all over again. But we also need to add insult to injury by the US government acting like they can’t help much if at all. Even hardcore liberals aren’t buying that all that can be done is to make $750 available to affected people but that would mean that these people have a way to apply for it in the first place. When you hear it’s a once in a lifetime disaster for the US that bar is pretty high. I personally have relatives who were hit hard and luckily had a place in the mountains to stay at while the flooding hit their area. Some weren’t as fortunate. Stories of people watching their children swept away by the rushing waters have come to light and one of the broadcasters was left in tears as the mom told how her young son cried out for Jesus to help him as he was torn from them in the racing flood torrents. I watched that news report and I felt both remorse and anger at the same time as I realized that help could have been sent and wasn’t. Even to this day FEMA is AWOL either because they can’t help or are being told to not help. The military should be deployed and the National Guard should already have boots on the ground. Something smells about how this is being handled.
Bring Out Your Tinfoil Hats
There are those who think that the storm was strengthened and even guided by the government in some macabre scheme to influence the election. The theories that the weather can be controlled is an old one, going all the way back to the 1950s and while many keep dismissing it, evidence to that is can and is being done keeps cropping up. And with the advent of the Internet and social media the conspiracies simply aren’t going away. In fact, they are proliferating. With one nasty hurricane in the books and an even worse one gathering strength just about to strike, the chatter online about controlling the course of any storm is front and center. But is it true? And older article geoengineeringwatch.org which was published on May 15, 2014, tells this:
While HAARP and weather control has been called a conspiracy theory by the mainstream media and government officials, during a Senate hearing on Wednesday, David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for science, technology and engineering, dropped a bombshell in answer to a question asked by Lisa Murkowski in relation to the dismantling of the $300 million High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program in Gakona this summer.
So they admit it was true 10 years ago, but that they don’t do it anymore:
Walker said this is “not an area that we have any need for in the future” and it would not be a good use of Air Force research funds to keep HAARP going. “We’re moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do,” he said. “To inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed.”
Many believe HAARP was created and has been used for weather control, with enough juice to trigger hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes and comments such as this bring about the question of whether conspiracy theorists are more on target than anyone has admitted to date.
And Yet The Rumors Persist
The article ends this way:
This is not the first time a public official has acknowledged that HAARP and weather control is not only possible, but has been and continues to be, used as a “super weapon,” as evidenced by a statement in 1997 by former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen, where he said “Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts.”
Is it still just a conspiracy theory if public officials admit it is true?
China admits they are manipulating their weather as we read in an article from thehill.com:
On July 1, the Chinese Communist Party marked its 100th anniversary and had a military flyover at Tiananmen Square along with a 100-gun salute, according to The New York Times. The occasion was also marked by an elaborate cloud seeding process, climate technology that introduces ice nuclei (silver iodide) into winter storms by deploying airplanes to release special burn flares within storm clouds.
The article took the angle that it is a good way to fight pollution and works:
Scientists believe that cloud seeding could increase precipitation and alleviate the effects of climate change. A new study from China’s Tsinghua University found that the government used cloud seeding to control rain and pollution in the capital ahead of its anniversary celebration.
China did it to make the weather favorable for an event:
According to the South China Morning Post, the Chinese government launched a large-scale operation to bring on rainfall over suburban Beijing and some neighboring areas hours before the July 1 event. Researchers found that the artificial rain reduced air pollutants by more than two-thirds and shifted the air quality index to good from moderate, based on the World Health Organization’s air quality index.
And it wasn’t the first time they did it:
This wouldn’t be the first time China tried cloud seeding, as the government spent billions of dollars to manipulate the weather ahead of the 2008 Beijing Olympics to reduce smog and avoid rain ahead of events.
And they intend to keep doing it:
China also announced last week that it would be developing a weather modification system by 2025 that would produce artificial rainfall over 5.5 million square kilometers (224,00 square miles).
The US says it works as well:
Cloud seeding has been around since the 1940s, and more than 50 countries around the world have tried it, but as climate change has worsened in recent years the practice has taken on renewed popularity. States like Idaho, Wyoming and Oregon have found success in cloud seeding practices.
The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) published research last year that they believe demonstrated, “unambiguously that cloud seeding can boost snowfall across a wide area if the atmospheric conditions are favorable.”
But Can Hurricanes Be Affected?
That my friends is the lingering question. We already know that the government admits they did and that they are concerned about weather being used as a weapon according to former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen’s quote from 1997. And there is evidence that any storm can be altered and it isn’t new. In a report from a video channel called “Redacted” the host, Clayton Morris tells us this starting with the use of cloud seeding in the Vietnam War:
Take Operation Popeye, for example, uh, you know, get your spinach out here. This was during the Vietnam War, a prime example. Through cloud seeding, US forces in Vietnam extended the monsoon season over the Ho Chi Minh Trail, creating floods that hampered enemy supply lines. This was the first real-world application of weather manipulation for warfare, the weaponization of weather, and it worked. I’m sure they don’t do that anymore. I’m sure they don’t at all. Uh, all the supply lines were stuck on the Ho Chi Minh Trail and the US bombed the out of them. They were stuck, perfect destruction. You can actually still see the craters today along the Ho Chi Minh Trail, all of the bombings that happened in that mud-soaked incident.
Morris then asks if the weather programs really ended:
Fast forward to today and we have to wonder: have these programs quietly just sort of continued and advanced to the point where entire storms can be created or intensified at will? Take Hurricane Helene, for example. On the surface, it seems like yeah, it’s just another storm here, right? Another intense storm, but there are clear signs this could be the result of human intervention. The erratic nature of this path, the unprecedented rainfall, we’re talking over 40—was it 40 trillion gallons? 40 trillion gallons of water, an unprecedented amount of water that hit this area. The concentrated devastation in key areas, by the way, very specific areas. It’s not just nature acting unpredictably. It doesn’t seem so. It’s possible that we are seeing modern-day weather warfare.
He went on to note that radar beams appeared to affect Hurricane Helene and then addresses another rabbit hole:
An investigative journalist, Into Thin Air, pointed out a number of radar beam anomalies with Hurricane Helene…All right, this is about as close as we’re going to get, we’re going to see one anomaly. Yeah, so it’s not something to discount and go down this massive rabbit hole. Want to go down this massive rabbit hole with patent applications that have been in the works with sound, you know, using sound technology to redirect weather patterns using cloud seeding using these types of beams to redirect clouds. Unbelievable. It's not something to discount, especially when the people of North Carolina right now, specifically Asheville, rightly want to know why suddenly there was a massive hurricane that struck their land bringing 40 trillion gallons of water. Water they say they've never seen before in the state's history.
Was there tech involved to do this? Morris adds this:
Back in 2001, of course, you have patent application publications for hurricane and tornado control devices. Now this patent back in 2001 sort of languished and then went abandoned until it was picked back up again and sold off to another individual. And you can read all of these patents, you can see the different technology. The Asra method is disclosed for affecting the formation and/or direction of low atmospheric weather systems. Audio generators are positioned to project sound waves towards a peripheral area of a weather system. The sound waves are generated at a frequency to affect the formation of weather systems in a manner to disrupt, enhance or direct the formation.
Morris says that the upcoming elections could be affected and that could be why these hurricanes are hitting states where votes are needed or in some case lost:
I know it’s very convenient, other people in the chat believe that maybe has nothing to do with the minerals. There could just be the fact that these are all Trump voting areas that are suddenly wiped out. And of course, as we reported earlier this week, the post office has suspended service and voting is beginning. Of course, so 34 days until the election any kind of early you know mail-in ballot the US Postal Service has, like, has stopped in over 49 different zip codes now so no mail-in ballots, none of that in these regions as well so, boy, here we go.
I simply cannot avoid the coincidences, but I’m at a loss about what to do about it. Perhaps the Bible can help us as it always does.
God Can Control The Weather
With Hurricane Milton barreling towards our shores we simply cannot afford for these events to be used politically because like me, it is affecting people I know and love. The best thing and really the only thing we can do is pray. And then pray again. And then pray even more. The God of Heaven is God over the weather and always has been. If He needs the rain to stop for three years it stops. And it rains again when He wants it to. He caused a whirlwind to kill Jobs' children. And of course His Son, Jesus certainly showed He is Lord over the storms of the seas. I recall a hurricane coming up the eastern coast of America and heading towards the headquarters of CBN in Virginia Beach. Pat Robertson publicly prayed for it to move away from the shore and his prayers along with his supporters was answered. When Robertson ran for president stories like this could have hurt his candidacy but it proves prayers are effective. Right now there are demonic forces plotting to destroy America and they have their accomplices helping them to do it. And they might just be using technology to help their collective causes. Let’s intercede now that Hurricane Milton is not as dangerous as thought and change its course away from our shores even if technology is being used. And pray that those still needing help in areas inundated by Hurricane Helene get the help they need.
