Julie Green's Wolf, Troy Black's Beast Word, and the Prophet Warnings Over 2028
Back to the Wolf
JD Vance is back in the prophetic conversation, and Julie Green is the reason. On her Monday, October 5 broadcast, she went back over a word she heard on September 25 and named the Vice President as the leader of the wolf pack - again. If you've been with us a while, you know we've covered him before. This week's word is a reason to look again.
So why come back to him? Because the man hasn't gone anywhere, the stakes haven't dropped, and the voices haven't gone quiet. Today we'll hear what Julie Green said this week, what Vance himself has said about the Antichrist, what Troy Black says the Lord told him about the road ahead, and what historian Victor Davis Hanson says about the fight over who carries the Republican banner in 2028. We're not here to tear anyone down. We're here to pay attention - because attention is where prayer starts.
A Heartbeat From the Oval Office
Let's start with why this matters at all. JD Vance is the Vice President, which means he's one heartbeat from the presidency. Under the Twenty-fifth Amendment, if the President dies, resigns or is removed, the Vice President takes over. That's not a hypothetical to wave away. It's the plain wording of the Constitution, and it's why people say what they say about that office.
It also matters because of who has the President's ear. In an August 8 video for the Daily Signal, Hanson described a tug-of-war over Israel. He said Vance had been rumored to be at odds with Benjamin Netanyahu, that Vance denied it on Laura Ingraham's show, and that the same day Trump came out and named Vance as his choice to carry the Republican banner in 2028. Hanson's reading was that the endorsement came with a message: I'll back you, but stop the criticism of Netanyahu. Whatever you make of that reading, the picture is clear. The man next to the President has a voice on Israel, and that voice carries weight.
For believers, that's not just politics. God told Abraham, "I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you." (Genesis 12:3) How a leader treats Israel, and who's advising him on it, is a spiritual question as much as a diplomatic one. And Scripture reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety." (Proverbs 11:14) A man in that seat is only as safe as the counsel he keeps.
There's one more reason. This Vice President is talking about the end times out loud, and we'll get to exactly what he said in a moment.
The Wolf Pack Word
Now to Julie Green. Her Monday broadcast was pre-recorded on October 1, but the word at the center of it is one she says she heard on September 25. It's titled The Wolfpack Will Make a Move They Will Soon Regret. In it, she says the Lord is speaking to the saboteurs inside the Republican Party and the White House, telling them they've been given a green light to advance against President Trump. She says they've been given orders to sabotage, undermine and revolt, but that every move they make will reveal who they really are.
The word goes on. Someone else in the Trump administration will leave abruptly - forced out, not by choice. And the President, she says, knows far more than he's letting on. He's giving the saboteurs room to run so he can trap his enemies inside his own camp, and when the time comes, he knows exactly who to have removed.
Then she went back over the word and tied it to Vance. The leader of the wolf pack, she said, is the great white wolf, and that is Vance. She acknowledged that some people say he's good and allowed that maybe at one point he was. But she said what the Lord has been telling her is that he's there to stop the President from doing the will of Almighty God. In her words, Every time I see him, I see a wolf. I cannot unsee it. She says that until the wolf is removed from his face, that's what the Lord will keep showing her. And she warned that the saboteurs will try even more before the midterms.
Jesus gave us this picture. "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves." (Matthew 7:15) Paul used the same image when he warned the Ephesian elders in Acts 20:29 that savage wolves would come in among the flock. The wolf in sheep's clothing is a biblical picture, and it's the one Julie Green keeps painting.
Nine Months, One Wolf
What makes this week's word hard to ignore is how long she's been on this. She says she heard the first great white wolf word on January 17 and shared it on her broadcast two days later. The Lord, she said, was telling her to expose who the great white wolf really is, to stand and pray against his assignments against the country and the President, and that his ties to the swamp would soon be revealed.
In Ep. 1154 we looked at that first word. In Ep. 1243 we tested her April word, JD Vance Will Never Be the President of the United States. In Ep. 1279 we asked whether the Iran and Israel tension was showing the wolf's colors in real time. And in Ep. 1316 we laid out the prophetic words side by side, including Veronika West's July vision tying Tucker Carlson to Vance. Now it's October, and Julie Green is saying it again.
Same wolf language, same warning, same call to pray - nine months running, in front of tens of thousands of viewers.
The Man Who Wouldn't Be Shocked
Here's where it gets interesting. Julie Green says the Lord shows her a wolf working against the will of God. Meanwhile, the Vice President himself has been talking about the other side of that story. In a Bryce Crawford podcast interview that aired August 31, Vance said there are things about the world that make him not shocked if the antichrist was walking among us. He added that he tries not to focus on it too much, and he didn't name anyone.
He's been at this a long time. He said the first Bible he ever owned was the John Hagee Prophecy Study Bible, at about ten or eleven years old, and that he's been fascinated by end times prophecy his whole life. Asked whether we're in the end times, he said he doesn't know, but that he's trying to do as much of God's work as he can right now. He also described a feeling of darkness in meetings with world leaders, and what he called weird spiritual dark energy around some of the AI companies. Reporting has tied the conversation to Peter Thiel, an early Vance backer, who reportedly gave closed-door lectures in Rome in March warning of an Antichrist who could rise as a world leader.
Now put the two voices side by side. Vance says he can sense darkness and wouldn't be surprised by the Antichrist. Julie Green says the Lord has shown her a wolf in sheep's clothing, the leader of a pack working to stop the President from doing God's will. She isn't calling Vance the Antichrist. She's saying the cause he's serving is the wrong one. Troy Black goes a step further and says Vance would be laying the groundwork for an Antichrist-type system. John told us, "Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour." (1 John 2:18)
The same interview also stirred up some controversy. Crawford told Vance that Trump's AI image in a white robe with a red sash bothered him as a Christian, and Vance answered that he doesn't believe the President meant to mock or mimic God. Vance also rated his confidence of going to heaven at a seven or an eight, and said he still has doubts at times. Some believers will hear honesty in that. Others will hear something that doesn't sit right. Either way, it's the kind of thing prophetic voices and ordinary Christians are weighing.
So can a man sense the darkness and still be standing where it's working? Or is he exactly the watchman he says he is? Scripture doesn't ask us to decide by feeling. "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1) And Jesus said, "Therefore by their fruits you will know them." (Matthew 7:20) We watch the fruit.
Floodgates and Foundation Stones
Julie Green isn't the only prophetic voice with a warning attached to Vance's name. Troy Black shared two words on March 30 that he says he heard on March 10 - and he said the Holy Spirit told him to hold them until the right week. We touched on the first of those words in Ep. 1319. In it, the Lord told him Vance is setting forth the mark of the beast requirements if he gets into office.
Black explained what that means. The Lord said Vance would be opening floodgates for the systems an Antichrist-type leader would require - the foundation stones for what Black called the beast system. But the word comes with a hold. The Lord said it isn't time yet, that He's staying His hand, and that He's handing the reins to another who's capable of stopping the tide.
Black was careful. This is conditional - it's about what happens if Vance gets into office, not a declaration that he will. He also said Vance has been doing a lot right and sits at the top of the polls, and that's exactly why he believes God is releasing the word now. How the Body of Christ responds to what Vance does and says is critical. He said he's delivering it in fear of the Lord, and that it's not a personal attack.
John described what a beast system looks like: "He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Revelation 13:16-17) Black's picture is of infrastructure being laid before the beast ever appears. And his talk of God staying His hand echoes the Proverbs: "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." (Proverbs 21:1) Paul even wrote of a restrainer holding lawlessness back until the appointed time in 2 Thessalonians 2:7.
Black shared a second word that same day, and this one speaks directly to 2028. In it, the Lord says not Vance - that He has another in mind. Black floated Ron DeSantis as one possibility, said he wasn't sure, and said the same word suggests Marco Rubio isn't the one either, at least not now. He wasn't claiming certainty. He asked believers to pray into it.
The Rubio Question
It's not only the prophets asking whether Vance is the man for 2028. Victor Davis Hanson is a historian and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, and his read on the Republican field is blunt. Back in February, he said the polls had Vance far ahead of Rubio, but that Rubio was gaining traction because of a perception that Vance is tied to the ultra MAGA base. He added that the subtext is a ticket with Vance on top and Rubio on the bottom.
His August 8 video takes it further. Hanson said Vance had been drawn into the Iran negotiations that didn't work, and that his comments about dealing with moderates in Iran and Israel not being able to kill its way out drew pushback. He said there's an impression that Vance isn't as experienced on the world stage as Rubio, and that Rubio's stock was rising. If that continued, Hanson warned, 2028 could turn into a destructive race. In his telling, that's why Trump stepped in to back Vance.
Hanson's bigger concern is the company Vance keeps. He said Vance is associated, fairly or not, with the Tucker Carlson wing of the movement, and that some in that circle say things about Israel that make donors and others uneasy. He said that wing could challenge Vance if he's the nominee, and called him rehabilitated, sort of.
Put the pieces together and it's an interesting picture. Julie Green says the Lord showed her a wolf. Troy Black says the Lord showed him a beast-system foothold if Vance gets into office, and then said not Vance for what's next. And a historian says the Republican establishment is wrestling with whether he's the right man to follow Trump, with Rubio waiting in the wings. Each is looking at a different piece of the same picture. And every one of them is asking the same question - is JD Vance the man for 2028?
Pray Before You Pick
So what do we do with all of this? We don't have a vote in 2028 yet, but we do have a seat in the throne room. Paul wrote, "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence." (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
That includes JD Vance. If Julie Green is right, there are people around the President and the Vice President who need to be exposed, and prayer is how we ask God to do it. If Troy Black is right, the floodgate stays closed because believers prayed and God stayed His hand. And if you're not sure what to think, prayer is still the safest place to stand.
And test everything. "Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:20-21) That goes for Julie Green, for Troy Black, for Victor Davis Hanson - and for me. Don't take our word for it. Take it to the Word.
Here's your challenge this week. Starting today, pray for JD Vance by name for five minutes a day. Pray for his salvation and his walk with God. Pray for wisdom and for the right counselors around him, as Proverbs 11:14 says. Pray for courage and clarity where Israel is concerned: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: 'May they prosper who love you.'" (Psalm 122:6) And pray that whatever God is holding back stays held back. Then write down what you sense the Lord saying and bring it to your family, your prayer group or your pastor. Don't just watch this story. Pray into it.
