Prophetic Political Intrigue

As I scanned the current crop of prophetic words I noticed many were addressing the upcoming US Mid-term elections. This shouldn’t surprise anyone since it is a big deal for the flow of power in the government. Aggregating them, they see the upcoming midterms as a pressure point for America. Troy Black calls people to prayerful discernment. Amanda Grace warns of fear, confusion, betrayal, and an attempted “steal the House” operation. Julie Green speaks of shocking resignations, removals, arrests, and even new elections after drastic intervention. Hank Kunneman frames the season as urgent and divisive. Joseph Z adds that the midterms may hinge on whether the nation sees economic relief and justice. There will be a major moment of shaking and exposure, not merely a political contest. The repeated warnings involve confusion before the election, betrayal inside political parties, attempts to manipulate power, institutional corruption, and a need for serious prayer. The tone across these words is not “business as usual.” It is more like: God is exposing hidden things, shaking political structures, and forcing America to choose what kind of nation it will become.

A Line In The Sand

Troy Black started his podcast from Mar 3, 2026, talking about abortion and for Christians to make this matter important even if who we vote for isn’t totally onboard with all the hot-button issues:

And then I heard this, and when the Holy Spirit was speaking this, I felt this sense of emotion from the Lord just come over me. But I heard the phrase, “My heart cries out for the ones who cannot cry for themselves, who will never be able to do so. Protect them. Systematically work together to deliver them from the evil which works to destroy their very lives.”

Then I heard this: “Yes, even at the expense of some of your own rights and liberties when it comes to socioeconomic principles.”

He then heard another prophecy specifically about the mid-terms, but it was a personal exhortation to those who have not been voting for the unborn:

So, the Lord’s not saying that the right is perfect and that they’re doing everything right. And He’s not saying He’s ignoring the sin there that exists, but He’s drawing a line in the sand. I believe what He’s doing is He’s bringing forth the main issue that’s weighing on His heart that He wants the church to know how He feels about it.

And here’s a couple verses. So, you might be listening to this and thinking, “Well, it’s too late for me because I’ve already supported, you know, pro-choice or participated in it, whatever it may be.”

And the truth is, it’s not too late. God loves you. He has a great plan for your life. And He made a way for all of us because we’re all in the same boat. We’re all sinners in need of grace. We’re all in need of mercy.

While not the hardcore words we usually hear about exposure and judgment, it hits home for us.

Bringing Down The House

A word from Amanda Grace from August 25th, 2025, gets very specific about a scheme concerning the House of Representatives:

For says the Lord, the plot sent forth is meant to cause great confusion fear and turmoil before such elections, such Midterms, says the Lord, the robbery in progress has begun, says the Lord, to steal the House, and those who are clothed in red are assisting the donkeys to carry the plan to BRING DOWN THE HOUSE, says the Lord. For they do not want America to thrive, they do not want the eagle well, their rhetoric and empty words may say they want to see your nation thrive; HOWEVER, if the nation thrives, their backroom deals fail, says the Lord.

She also calls the Church to action:

I, the Lord, am clearing the weeds and the vines for this next season you are entering. From the capital of your nation, and the highest seats to the Church, to your personal lives, I, the Lord, am tearing out invasive weeds and vines that have clung to prevent further growth in a season where it is time to grow and build, says the Lord. For behold, I have given you a window, a season to build, My children, to expand territory, to enlarge your tents; build amongst the tumult. Do not let the tumult overtake you or tire or weary you. Build amongst the tumult, build as Nehemiah and Ezra so led such a charge. This is the window of favor opening that I, the Lord, am positioning you for, and you MUST ACT, says the Lord. Do not hesitate, but build in faith, says the Lord. Build in boldness, says the Lord. My people cannot squander this season as they so did in 2017, or another plague so shall overtake and shall not be withheld, says the Lord.

This Amanda Grace midterm word was later connected to another word, this one from March 9th, 2026 she calls “The Purim To Passover Window: Sudden Shakeups And Plots Exposed,” again repeating the warning about “confusion fear and turmoil” before the midterms and a plan to “steal the House.” So her broader theme is not just election fraud language, but the idea of a hidden plot being exposed during a prophetic window of shaking.

A Nehemiah Responsibility

Hank Kunneman speaks prophetically about the mid-terms and correlates the need to rebuild the walls much like the word from Amanda Grace:

… we’ve got to start getting a burden like Nehemiah for our country that has been brought, in some regards, to rubble. It’s been brought to a place where we have some very serious people in our country and outside our country that want to destroy it and bring our country to rubble.

He then elaborates on the strategy his church

But here’s what Nehemiah was instructed. That was this: have a building tool and a warring tool. We’re not talking about the violence of the liberals. We’re not talking about some of these weirdos that are trying to bring an act of violence that hurts and harms people. We’re talking about your prayer life and then getting out there and doing something with your life that builds like a hammer. That’s what we’ve done. I’ve done that as a pastor in our church. We started this new thing called the hammer and the sword. And what the hammer does is it equips people to be engaged in their communities in all aspects. Know what is trying to be passed into law. Get involved in your school board. And the list goes on.

Kunneman then talks about the prayer aspect things:

And then the sword part is prayer. Putting a hedge of protection over the president, over the country. The greatest restraint ever is the Holy Spirit. And if He is involved because we’re praying, it can stop terrorist cells. It can bring restraint, and we as a people can begin to live in peace. And so that’s what we’re doing to answer your question. We’ve got to have both components if we’re going to see restoration of America like in the days of Nehemiah.

Marshal Law?

Julie Green weighs in with a word released on February 16, 2026, and in this word God reveals that the military will have to intervene to allow elections to be fairly done:

For I, the Lord, this day, am telling you, My children, tensions are rising in nations all over the world. As the days draw closer to your midterms, oh My United States, your enemies will try to hit you with multiple attacks—attacks that will bring fear, attacks that will bring confusion, attacks that will bring unrest in your streets, and attacks that will bring distractions from the truth…Shocking announcements are coming before the 2026 midterms—who is really running for reelection and who is stepping down. There will be politicians announcing they are stepping down even though their term is not over yet. They are being forced out, and soon the truth will be revealed about all the crimes each person has committed. Justice is being served, and sentences are being handed down to all who are guilty.

There are a lot of specific names and issues mentioned in the serving of justice which you can read for yourself. Then the word comes back to the 2026 elections, but there will be special elections where the military will have to get involved:

My children, I have warned you about martial law. This must take place to overthrow those who are in political seats who do not belong— not just federal seats, but state seats as well. Judges will be removed. Governors will be removed. AGs will be removed. Secretaries of state will be removed. State House and Senate seats will be vacated. City council members and mayors will be removed. You name it. The down ballot must be cleaned out and redone with real election protection. Your military will see to it that new elections take place. Once all is made right, you will have a new nation and a new government. Then you will see how the government should have been all along. The unprecedented must take place to bring restoration to this land.

The word tells believers to buckle up:

Oh, My United States, hold on. Something drastic will happen for these unprecedented events, removals, and restoration to take place. Stand and keep standing, because I am restoring your land back into your hands, says the Lord.

The mention of marshal law caused some liberal sources to criticize Green, but that is to be expected.

Two Things

Prophetic Voice Joseph Z tied the midterms to two practical national issues: economy and justice. The full word is found on his YouTube channel. This word is also summarized by an article in Charisma Magazine:

Joseph Z warned in a recent prophetic broadcast that the United States is approaching a decisive crossroads, one he says will determine the nation’s economic stability, political future and spiritual direction heading into 2026. In a recent prophetic update, Z framed the coming period as conditional rather than inevitable, repeatedly arguing that outcomes hinge on two factors: economic recovery and visible justice. Without both, he warned, the nation faces instability rather than renewal.

He says the Midterms will be decided by economy and justice:

Z repeatedly tied his economic warnings to political consequences, especially the 2026 midterm elections. “Two things will bring victory in the midterms,” he said. “Number one, economy… Number two, justice.”

The justice is needed or chaos will ensue:

Without accountability and prosecution, he warned, voters will respond accordingly. “If we don’t see this,” Z said, “we’re going to see a very catastrophic midterms.”

He described justice as action-driven, not symbolic, calling for “aggressive prosecution to those that have blatantly broke the law.”

He then tells is that nothing is etched in stone

Throughout the broadcast, Z stressed that nothing is automatic. Economic recovery without justice, he said, will fail, while accountability without stability will not hold.

“This will not come by default,” he said. “We’ve got to pray.”

The article concludes with this prophetic fork in the road advice:

Whether viewed as prophetic warning or theological interpretation of current events, Z’s message centers on a single claim: the next two years will test whether economic recovery and justice arrive together — or not at all.

Between all these words we can see a thread of these elections not describing the 2026 midterms as business-as-usual. They are describing them as a season of exposure, shaking, institutional confrontation, and spiritual warfare over America’s future. And it is a time for us to intercede without ceasing since the outcome is in our praying hands.
