Them’s Fightn’ Words
Apparently two modern prophets are saying they heard vastly different words about the same person. The person? Vice President Vance. I’ve done a few videos about him and trust me when I tell you the comments are all over the map and also believe me that people take sides on who gave the words. Is that a good thing? That depends, but overall, we need to recall that these people are hearing from God so if they disagree we need to find out who is correct and why one is not hearing clearly. Or we need to see if there isn’t a difference at all. One prophetic word comes from Julie Green. Another comes from Donna Rigney Sagan. Green and Sagan are hearing differently about Vance. As with all future prophecies we need to let them play out and the closer we get to say, 2028 the prospects of all these men will get clearer. The Bible admonishes not to accept any of these words just because of who received them. Instead, it tells us this:
Dear Christian friends, do not believe every spirit. But test the spirits to see if they are from God for there are many false preachers in the world. (1 John 4:1, NLV)
I like how a commentary from the Bible Hub summarizes this:
do not believe every spirit
Not every spiritual influence is trustworthy. Some voices masquerade as light (2 Corinthians 11:14). Discernment protects us from deception (Galatians 1:8). The command assumes supernatural realities—both holy and unholy—are active in the world (Ephesians 6:12).
“but test the spirits”
“Test” is an ongoing practice, like examining precious metal (Acts 17:11; 1 Thessalonians 5:21). Practical checkpoints:
– Does the message exalt Jesus as the divine Son (1 John 4:2-3)?
– Is it consistent with the whole counsel of Scripture (Psalm 119:160)?
– What fruit does it produce in the messenger’s life (Matthew 7:15-20)?
The Spirit of truth equips believers to evaluate teaching (John 16:13).
“to see whether they are from God”
The goal isn’t skepticism for its own sake but confirmation of divine origin (Philippians 1:9-10).
Truth aligns with God’s character, promotes holiness, and deepens love (1 John 2:20-21; 3:18).
“for many false prophets have gone out into the world”
• Counterfeits are common, not rare (Matthew 24:11).
• They may arise inside or outside the church (Acts 20:29-30; 2 Peter 2:1).
• Their teachings often mix partial truth with deadly error (2 Timothy 4:3-4). Awareness of their prevalence keeps believers vigilant.
The commentary ends this way:
1 John 4:1 calls Christians who are loved by God to exercise steady discernment. Because numerous deceptive voices operate in the world, we test every teaching, influence, and messenger against the unchanging standard of Scripture and the clear confession of Christ. In doing so, we remain anchored in truth and protected from the many false prophets who seek to lead hearts astray.
I put this out there first, because I think we need to do some testing with these varying words. With that being said, let’s dig into these words.
He’ll Never Be President
Julie Green revealed Vance as the Great White Wolf and that really stirred up the prophetic community. The two podcasts I created addressing that word have received close to 130,000 views and counting on YouTube alone. So yes, it hit a nerve. Green now told another word about the Vice President that she heard on April 5th of this year and she is saying Vance definitely won’t rise to the office of President. Here is the part of that word that addresses him:
All right. Now, I'm going to go to this prophetic word. This is um you saw this on Wednesday um the one from April 5th, the first one. This is the second one. This one is from April 5th. It's the second one from that day. The title is: JD Vance will never be the president of the United States. JD Vance will never be the president of the United States. Both to the establishment and the party of the left, including the rhinos on the right. Your attempts to steal the 2026 midterms will come to nothing. Your plans to take over the House and the Senate will not come to a reality for you. You will not be able to go after my David or any member of his family or any of his family members. Excuse me.
She heard more about Vance when she revealed this:
Chuck Schumer, secrets that you have buried, the skeletons in your closet, your secret line of communication with Obama and the Great White Wolf will be exposed. Chuck Schumer, you think you can manipulate this government to do what you want and pass what you want. The more you go after your plans, the more you'll be exposed and the sicker you will become. You will start to lose more cognitive functions just like the Biden did. You, Chuck, will not last much longer in the Senate.
Then she heard this from God:
Chuck, you and the establishment will never see J. D. Vance as the president. Your plans of putting him in as vice president worked, and your plans weren't going the way you wanted them to go, you thought. But my David has always been steps ahead of you without you realizing it… So again JD Vance will never be the president of the United States…But something that they don't know that God even talks about in this paragraph, Chuck, you and the establishment will never see JD Vance as president. Your plans of putting him as vice president worked and your plans were going uh the way you wanted them to go. You thought they thought they were going the way they wanted because he didn't pick because President Trump wanted to pick somebody else for vice president. JD Vance was not his first pick, but he picked him. So, establishment was celebrating because they thought, "Okay, great. We have Vance now."
I’d say this is pretty clear. And I think we got it. Now let’s listen to another prophet who has a strong message to those who are talking badly about Vance
They’re Misrepresenting God
Now we look at another prophetic voice who comes close to naming names, but doesn’t, but it’s pretty clear she is hearing God who is not pleased with those talking badly about Vance. Her name is Donna Rigney Sagan and this is what she heard:
And the presence of God just fell on me really strong. I wasn't praying about anything specific. I was just worshiping and in God's presence and listening for what he wanted to say to me. And his love just poured out on me really, really strong. And and he started to talk to me about JD Vance just out of the blue. He said, "Daughter, he is my precious son. My heart hurts that he is being misrepresented like this. A lot of people were saying some really vicious things about him that he was going to do this. He was gonna (do) negative things. I don't want to even repeat them, okay?
Green is saying these negative things. We now know what Green heard so obviously Rigney is hearing a different word:
To give the enemy any, you know, power over them. He said, uh, my heart hurts that he (Vance) is being misrepresented like this. God loves his children. He doesn't want people to slander other people, misrepresent them.
Rigney then heard what these prophetic voices should be doing:
He said, defend him. defend me and my ways. Rally the troops to pray for him to fulfill his calling and to pray for those with itchy ears to listen to what my spirit is saying. Pray that my words are spoken and that I am never misrepresented. God does not want anyone to say God said this and it isn't what God is saying.
The word then speaks what God is not pleased with:
He doesn't want to be misrepresented and then people think this is what God is going to do or what he's saying. He said, "To accuse me of slandering my children is mean-spirited. That is not my way ever. I am the God who looks deeply and carefully at my children to find all that is good in them." Remember, I follow my own words. Okay. Yeah. So, he said um I use my prophets to help my children see the good in others. So, that's the job of the prophets.
Rigney says God is using prophetic voices to speak good of these leaders like King David:
He's going to highlight what's good in people to the prophets. So, the prophets can declare that. All right. to encourage them to pray for those who are chosen to lead and given much responsibility, not to throw stones at them. So he says, I've raised up my prophets at this time in this hour… This is the role of my prophets is to come alongside and assist those that are leading so that prayers will go forth for them to pray for them. Okay? So not to throw stones at them. He said, 'When I speak, my love always manifests. Just like when he started talking to me the day before about JD Vance. Oh, I just felt this incredible love come over me.
Love is the key to her when figuring out which voice is from God:
He said, "Because I am love, this is a wonderful way to discern if I'm speaking or if another voice is being heard." Love will cloak those words. So, when it's God speaking to us, you feel love. You just feel like that. Yes, that's a good way to discern that it's me speaking. He said because he said remember the enemy cannot counterfeit love. Told me that years ago. That's one thing is love. When I correct my children, love will be felt.
She used the example of Moses in Numbers 20:7-13 when prophetic voices lash out at Vance. She says it was the anger Moses upset God and kept him from entering the promised land. So, when Green says Vance is the Great White Wolf, is a tool of the deep state and will never be president, where is the love? I like both of these women and respect them a lot. But we need to pray and figure out who is hearing from God.
What I Think
After examining both and knowing how accurate they’ve been in the past I find it hard to discount either of them outright. They could actually both be right and God is upset by the tone the words are given. If that interpretation is true we can simply reach out to Green and have her throw more love with the truth. However, Green is repeating what God tells her so that throws a wrench into that approach. The verse I’m drawn to is Ephesians 4:15:
Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. (NIV)
So, is Green upsetting God by not using more love? We need to test these words as we’re told to do in 1 John 4:1 and see where the truth is. The commentary cited earlier says this:
Truth aligns with God’s character, promotes holiness, and deepens love (1 John 2:20-21; 3:18)
I have to say that some prophetic voices speak less in love that I care for, but that is in their interpretations of what they heard than the word itself. When listening to the actual words themselves I see how God feels about how these leaders who are after His heart are being treated and there is sternness in them. This might sound like a cop out, but I am landing on letting this play out. Sagan and Green are clearly not in agreement on what they’ve revealed about Vance and I haven’t heard anything from God as I test them. And it is too easy to let my political feelings influence me to just guess. If I hear something more, I’ll let you know. In any event, this will be interesting to say the least. And I’m sure the comments will be fun to read.
