Will We Turn From Our Wicked Ways?
It seems like I am taking a deeper look at America and potential judgment coming if we don’t repent and specifically if such repentance is even open to us. Personally, I don’t think we are past the point of redemption, but there is no barometer or way to measure that cup of iniquity and how close we are to it being full that I mentioned in last weeks lesson. Is there some event that is the last drop to it being filled up? I wish I knew, but even if we are past the point of no return, no where in the Bible are we told to stop praying. In fact, even in the Tribulation prayers for martyrs are offered up and the Gospel is still preached. And in God’s words to King Solomon, the admonition to repent is placed squarely at the doorsteps of the Church. As His Body goes, so goes His grace and mercy for where they dwell.
